Use this form if you have already submitted this performer and paid the $40.00 fee for the first submission using the First Submission form. Any submissions received using this form where there is not a First Submission will not be considered for a Nova Star Award. There is no fee for up to 3 additional entries for an individual performer (a total of four entries per performer will be considered). 

Submissions accepted for work aired from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022

To be eligible to submit a nomination, the young performer must have been between the ages of 4-21 at the time of the filming.
